As a treatment with rinsing before shampooing:

Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse.

As a treatment with rinsing after shampooing:

After shampooing, apply to wet hair.

Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse.

As a leave-in treatment after shampooing:

After shampooing, apply to wet hair.

Apply without rinsing and follow with styling products.
